We have an exciting opportunity for a driven and motivated Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join our dedicated team, covering Wastewater treatment plants across the North East of Scotland.
This role is wide-ranging and works closely with various departments to ensure maintenance work is carried out safely, promptly and cost effectively. As an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing, rectifying and maintaining all associated wastewater plant equipment.

What you'll be doing;
- Report directly to the maintenance unit /engineering services controller on all maintenance activities
- Delivering maintenance activities and schedules in accordance with manufacturers and contractual guidelines.
- Ulitise field data collected through the maintenance system to support maintenance strategy and allow the maintenance planners to make informed decisions, based on the condition of the current asset stock.
- Provide on-site support to the site engineering department on operational and maintenance tasks.
- Assist operations and maintenance teams where required on major outages and shutdowns.
- Responsible for maintaining the highest level of health and safety requirements.
- Reporting accurate data into the computerised maintenance management system and providing up-to-date asset information.
What we're looking for;
- City & Guilds 2330 Level 2 or equivalent.
- City & Guilds th Edition or equivalent.
- City & Guilds 2392 Inspect and Test.
- Proven track record or work experience within a similar industrial environment.
- Knowledge of wastewater and / or water processes would be advantageous.
- Knowledge and experience of working on multi-discipline process sites with a proven track record of delivering in an engineering environment.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft and Google packages and experience of computerised maintenance management systems would be advantageous.
